FAQ
No. The save and continue feature is so you can come back to an unfinished entry and complete it later with out losing the information already entered. The entry becomes registered when the transaction has completed the payment process.
You can only change an entry online if you’ve only saved it. Once the registration has gone through, all changes (before schedule is published) needs to be directed to Robyn at robyn@danceamericausa.com. After the schedule has been published, changes need to be directed to Jenn Haycock at danceamericausa@msn.com.
We offer full refunds before the posted deadline. After the deadline we offer a credit toward any other Dance America event.
We accept all entries on a first come-first serve/paid basis. Once we have received the maximum amount of entries we can accommodate in the competition time-frame, entries can be put on a waiting list in case of a cancellation. To be put on the waiting list, please email robyn@danceamericausa.com, or call the office M-F, 10am-5pm at (801) 568-2762.
